		<description>I&#039;m sure some people will find this hard to believe, but my favorite exercise is the ban run. I had heard about them before I started at FT and feared it! Now I truly enjoy pushing through them.

If we are talking about least favorite, mine is definitely walking lunges. The studio never looked so long as when I start these bad boys!</description>

		<description>My favorite exercise is squats using the smith machine.  I feel stable with the weight balanced on the machine and can focus on perfect form throughout the squat.  Killer leg exercise!  But if we&#039;re talking about favorite exercises, shouldn&#039;t we also start a thread about least favorites, too...like the hack squat!?!?!  I think that machine was originally invented as some sort of medieval torture device.  LOL!!</description>
